Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

NuVu Lawn provides professional lawn maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal.  Specific services for your property are outlined in your individual service plan.

2. Scheduling and Access

We strive to maintain a consistent schedule.  However, service days may shift due to weather conditions or holidays.  By signing up, you agree to provide our crews with unobstructed access to all areas of your property during scheduled service windows.  This includes keeping gates unlocked and ensuring pets are secured indoors.

3. Property Condition and Obstacles

Please ensure the lawn is clear of toys, tools, pet waste, and other debris prior to our arrival.  NuVu Lawn is not responsible for damage to items left on the lawn or for damage to unmarked underground systems ( e.g., shallow irrigation lines, invisible fences, or cables ).

4. Billing and Payment

Payments are processed according to your selected billing cycle.  We reserve the right to suspend service if an account becomes past due.  Any changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority.  If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours.  We will make every effort to rectify the issue at no additional cost.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your service at any time with 48 hours' notice prior to your next scheduled visit.  Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee for the scheduled visit.

7. Limitation of Liability

NuVu Lawn is insured, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the performance of our services.
